This project follows the thread from the physics of energy, through the technologies we build, to the institutions that decide how a society uses its power.
Its target is a planet that harnesses the energy of its own star — the Kardashev Type I threshold. That target is held here as a working aim, not a settled destination: it stands only insofar as the corpus demonstrates it. Reaching it would be as much a question of political form as of physical flux. What the corpus puts to the test is whether the physics allows it at all, and at what cost.
What a planet can dissipate before it warms — the ceiling that stands above every energy trajectory, whatever the source.
What enters, what is stored, what leaves — reading the Earth itself as a flux-and-stock system, and finding where the accounts fail to close.
Where usable flux actually comes from, and how it is carried — which options scale, and which collapse once the numbers are put in.
